Coming from another state, we were in a pinch to find a place quickly so we could move our two young children out to be with us. Laura understood this and was always one step ahead of us and while managing other clients, we never felt neglected or that we were missing out on touring a new home. Looking at new construction and different neighborhoods, Laura knew the answers to almost every question we threw at her and found answers quickly for anything she needed to confirm. When it came time to placing and negotiating our offer, she remained on top of it and continued to follow up after we closed and moved in. There are a lot of little things we noticed in how she went above and beyond too. One example was having our lawn mowed right before we moved in. Thank you Laura!!!

I am so glad we found Laura. She is super knowledgeable, and was there whenever I had any questions or concerns. Laura has a natural gift of insight and she respects her clients. When only working with her in the first couple few days she actually knew what I would like in a home and wouldn’t. I was impressed with that. Although that sounds easy, I’ve worked with realtors who didn’t seem to grasp from what I shared with them the type of home I was looking for. Mrs. OBrien goes above and beyond. She considers every single thing you inform her of and takes it from there, resulting in such a wonderful, professional and smooth experience. Laura and the Modern Roots team was absolutely incredible. We used them for both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. Despite several speedbumps and some hurdles along the way, the gals remained steady and positive throughout. They were always quick to answer questions and were very knowledgeable about staging, selling, buying, and other miscellaneous things that usually aren't in a realtors' wheelhouse. We wouldn't have made it through the selling and buying process without them and won't ever use another realtor.
