When only working with her in the first couple few days she actually knew what I would like in a home and wouldn’t. I was impressed with that. Although that sounds easy, I’ve worked with realtors who didn’t seem to grasp from what I shared with them the type of home I was looking for. Mrs. OBrien goes above and beyond. She considers every single thing you inform her of and takes it from there, resulting in such a wonderful, professional and smooth experience. Laura and the Modern Roots team was absolutely incredible. We used them for both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. Despite several speedbumps and some hurdles along the way, the gals remained steady and positive throughout. They were always quick to answer questions and were very knowledgeable about staging, selling, buying, and other miscellaneous things that usually aren't in a realtors' wheelhouse. We wouldn't have made it through the selling and buying process without them and won't ever use another realtor.
