Laura is top notch. She knows the Austin real estate market and offers good sound advice when it comes to listing/selling your property. She has contractors to help with any kind of improvements or repairs that might be needed before listing and offers sound advice on what is or is not important to help you obtain top dollar for your property. Laura held multiple open houses and posted our listing on social media to generate lots of traffic. All of this effort helped us sell our property for a higher price than similar properties in the neighborhood. She's very accessible and communicates often with the client.
