Another stellar find
As an investor I'm always hoping to find the next best deal but alone I don't have the time and resources to know all that's out there. Thank you Jolyne for always keeping me in mind when you have properties cross your desk. This latest find is EXACTLY what I need as it's within my budget, presents below average difficulty to flip and has all the opportunities to be able to provide a quality home for someone once I'm finished.
