We first started using Cassie as our property manager. She was exellent in getting our tenants and serving both them and us. We then decided to sell the house but first wanted to update it a bit. She helped us get bids since we live out of state. But then we had an unfortunate flood occur in our kitchen down to our basement. Thank God Cassie found it and stopped it. She stayed with us, helping along the way with our insurance company and contractors. Her communication is excellent and she kept us informed all along the way. Our house went back on the market and she found great buyers and we closed last week. We would highly recommend Cassie as a property manager or real estate agent!

Alexandria was an excellent communicator answering all of my questions, even if they seemed to have been redundant, along the way. She worked hard to give me and my son a place to call our own. She stayed on top of everything and asked the selling agent questions even after the deal was closed that I thought of after the fact. She's professional and personable and was never pushy in trying to push a home sale which I appreciated. I am sending anyone I know looking to buy a home her way! Definitely recommend.

We found Kristin to be very helpful with a lot of the process of the sale. Her market knowledge seemed good, as well. Especially at the beginning, the process went smoothly and we got quick responses and feedback. This was particularly helpful since we are out of the area and were purchasing a place for my mom to live in. A lot of the early documentation went really well, and docusign processes were smooth and prompt. We had a good calendar for what to expect in the closing process. Things stayed on this timeline. We did find that some of the follow-up at later points in the process was not as great as we expected. Responses to requests came slower at the end. We do not know why this is the case, but it was not good from our perspective. Also, some of the items which we had believed she had checked on and did make representation to us (inclusion of electricity in the HOA fee), it turns out were not as we had been informed. Unfortunately, we found out the correct information after the sale was completed. We are unsure whether the problem came from our agent's not following through on our request or deliberate misrepresentation from the seller, but it did leave us not very happy. All in all, a successful process, but we do feel that communication was not as great at the end as at the beginning.
