I met Alex through my sister, watching how she handled her and all of the events that happened during their time together solidified my confidence in choosing her to help make our dreams of owning a home possible. Alex demonstrated nothing but patience and determination while we tried to figure out the ins and outs of credit and how the home buying process worked. Her communication skills are on point and I feel as if not only did she sell us an amazing property, but she also became a good friend through this process. you can definitely tell the difference between somebody who just does their job for the money and somebody who does their job for the connection and Alex is by far all for the connection. We have been working with Alex for over 18 months looking for a house to flip. In this market, they are not easy to find. Even harder when sellers think repairs aren’t necessary to 40 year old pools with trees growing from the inside of them, or misrepresent 600 square feet on their listing. Alex has stuck with us and kept the faith that we would find the right property. We finally did, and she was instrumental in negotiating a great deal, managing a tough inspection, and working with a novice appraiser to get the deal done.
