In Oct 2019 I needed to make another real estate transaction that involved investment property and again called on Doreen to help me. It was a fairly complicated process involving a 1031 exchange and investment property financing. Once again, Doreen was a great help to me. When it came to purchasing the new property, Doreen was willing to drive to the town I was considering (quite a ways out of her regular neighborhood) to show me houses. As always, she gave me great guidance and advice on the quality of the various properties available.
