They know the Denver area and surrounding communities very well and helped us with every step of selling and buying our dream home. They provided one stop real estate needs at the highest level of professionalism and execution. We only had to make one call to them, and they came over and explained all the details for buying, selling, and obtaining a new loan for a home. Brian gave us keen financial advice on how to work our credit scores to lower our monthly payment and save over $500 a month by assessing different scenarios and suggesting a few key strategies that only took a month to implement. Aimee was very patient with us and made time on evenings and weekends to escort us to many potential properties that she pre-screened to our wish list and budget. We sold our house and bought a new one with them at the lead, the whole while they were attentive to our needs and always responded quickly to our questions or concerns. We would recommend their services to all our friends and family. Just closed with Michelle and the experience was AWESOME from Start to Finish. I have been a Loan Officer for 20 years so I have seen the good, the bad, and the downright ugly when it comes to Agents. Michelle was always responsive, caring, and thorough with all the details that are involved in this type of transaction. I would HIGHLY Recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
