And as a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and a lot of unknowns, but they walked me through the entire process beforehand and reminded me of important pieces of information along the way. They explained the process of buying a home, signs of well taken care of homes to look for and valuable home features (for potential resale value) as we toured homes and really took note of what was important to me regarding my new home. Working with Atom was the ideal experience. It was so refreshing to have someone who appreciated all the characteristics that made our home special. Atom's extensive knowledge on mid-century modern homes, local history and architecture is so rare and admirable. He made a point to ask thoughtful questions from the beginning as to ensure we were all on the same page. And also took absolutely beautiful photos of our home that were beyond our expectations. Yvette was recommended to us by our realtor in Albuquerque. She did a great job for me and my husband. We were relocating and only had five days to spend in the Denver area to house hunt. She helped find homes we liked to look at as well as showed us homes we found on Zillow. She helped weed out homes she knew we wouldn't like or had issues. When we found a house we liked, she helped us through the whole process and was just really helpful with reminders and getting inspections set up etc. Highly recommend her!!

Ray is really great at his job. As a first time homebuyer, this process can be overwhelming but Ray was a great source of information and knew exactly what steps to take to make a competitive offer and close the deal efficiently. I never felt pressured by Ray to make any decisions that might put me at risk. Every time I needed something he and his team were there within MINUTES with an updated contract addendum or informational response (even when he was on VACATION).
