I highly recommend Hope for anyone needing a competent realtor. I interact with all sorts of people and can tell quickly who can get the job done correctly—Hope is that person. She helped sell my house recently, and my cousin found her. She came prepared on our first meeting with market information, expectations since it was my first sell, and what I can expect from her as my realtor. We thought my house would go under contract in 40 days since that was the market condition. Well, I went under contract the day after it went on the market! I was pretty clueless on price point and she explained it well. I’m happy with who my buyer ended up being.
