Working with Ray was a fantastic experience! He helped me narrow down my list of "must haves" and "nice to haves" and was very patient with me during the entire process. He truly cared about me and my family. We looked at so many homes, dealt with the very competitive buyers market in Colorado, and I finally ended up with the best home for us. Ray's advice, patience, and enthusiasm was exactly what I needed during the home buying experience.

We were traveling outside the country for most all of the sales period and Ray kept us up to date and carried out our wishes very well. The final result was closing on schedule at a net financial result that meet our original expectations.

Tait has been an incredible resource as we navigated the complicated process of buying a home in a booming market. We could not be more appreciative for his endless patience, kindness and support as we set out to buy our first home together. I would absolutely recommend anyone to utilize Tait's services when buying or selling a home, and feel truly lucky we had such amazing support and confidence in our agent. Thank you, Tait!

Ray and Susan's selflessness and willingness to go beyond expectation, gave me a piece of mind I had never experienced from Real Estate. Their attitude and energy through every step of the process made the experience a delight! Even when the other party created some complex issues, Ray and Susan offered strategic and innovative solutions allowing us to close in a timely manner. Without hesitation, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ray and Susan from the Raymond Realty Group at Realty ONE Group Premier. Whether you are purchasing or selling your home, there is no one that I would trust or enjoy more, to work with?

Michelle was very professional and fast, both of these attributes are mission critical for success in the crazy Colorado market. Response time was great and she was very flexible in her schedule. Her market knowledge and contacts in the mortgage industry truly made this an easy deal. Thanks so much Michelle for getting us into a nice home in the exact area we wanted!

We bought and sold our first house in less than two years and used Ray for both. He was an absolute pleasure to work with both times and I would recommend him to anyone, especially first time buyers, due to his experience and patience as well as his willingness to go the extra mile to serve his clients.
