Michelle was absolutely phenomenal! I've bought 4 homes in my adult career - the last one 3 years ago - and this was absolutely the easiest and least stressful of all. She was prepared. Tait was referred to us and was nothing short of awesome to work with in helping us find and purchase our new home in Lakewood. My wife and I flew in from out of state for a weekend and Tait spent 3 days educating us on the Denver area and looking at homes. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, didn’t push anything, never gave a sense he had his own agenda, quickly understood our needs and the type of home we were looking for, and made the best use of our time. We were sure we’d have to make another trip, but found our home on our last day and it really was our home…we didn’t just ‘settle’ for something that hit some marks…our home hit majority of our ‘must haves’. Without going into all the details, Tait went above and beyond for us in navigating through several challenges that really weren’t his responsibility, all within a ‘quick close’ timeline. His level of professionalism was top notch throughout the process, and attention to detail / accuracy with the contract no less. Dossie performed at a very high level when helping me purchase my first home! I’ve always wanted my own place in the Denver area. She had excellent inspectors and mortgage brokers to choose from. The process went very quickly and Dossie communiticated in a timely manner even when I was out of town on business just before I submitted my offer in. She only showed me houses that were in my price range and insisted that I find the perfect fit for my needs. She was a true pleasure to work with.
