They were very knowledgeable about judging the pricing of the houses we looked at, and describing what problems we may encounter, and what the cost of repair would be. Linda's market knowledge and experience in Denver Real Estate is extensive. From Central Denver to all surrounding suburbs she has great feel for trends and vision for those looking ahead with special criteria in mind for a home. Her guidance through the transaction was so thorough it actually seemed like the process was on "cruise control". Normally, buying property is straining and burdensome, but throughout she was positive and her communication skills with the lenders and agents relieved me of any doubt that the purchase would occur both on time and for the agreed price. She was totally professional about every task required. I'm a repeat client and wouldn't give a second thought of using anyone else when dealing with this type of purchase.

Bill was amazing. We bought a house that we only looked at via FaceTime. We relied heavily on his assessment and he never overstated and was always transparent. I think the action that made me a Bill Turner fan for life is that we had some delays in receiving our household goods and he brought over an inflatable mattress and sleeping bag so we wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. He has provided very useful referrals for a variety of home repair issues. I would highly recommend Bill Turner!

Mayra was extremely helpful with selling our first home and then buying our second home. Her professionalism was impressive and so was her extensive knowledge of the real estate market. We felt well taken care of and informed during the entire process, and everything went smoothly. Mayra herself is very friendly and responsive, we were able to get in touch with her whenever we needed anything. As a first time seller I was unfamiliar with the process of selling and I probably asked a lot of dumb questions, but Mayra was always helpful and she never made me feel like my questions weren't valid. Our house received an offer just days after listing it! When we were buying our second house the market was still super hot so we needed to act fast, but she was quick to do everything so we never missed out on any opportunities. We ended up buying a brand new construction, and Mayra was very experienced with this as well. She attended the builder walkthroughs with us and made sure everything the builder told us was correct. It felt like she was looking out for us the whole time. Mayra was so easy and great to work with, I highly recommend her.
