Michelle has been an incredible advocate and my voice during this forward-moving yet challenging season of my life. She goes above and beyond, even after my home purchase! Michelle even filled out a property tax application for homestead and farmstead exclusions- something I didn’t even know existed. I felt so fortunate to have her by my side at the closing and during home inspections, literally going the extra miles despite not living nearby- we're talking hours away. A week after moving in, I called her with a question, and she was just as helpful as ever, even offering to research how to solve my issue. That's the kind of person she is! To say Michelle is an expert would just not do her justice at all. She is THE expert and she does all of it with a smile. She answers all of your questions and if she does not know your questions, she finds the answers and usually a bit more info than you asked for.....and that info helps you out!!!! She is that person that you meet and instantly want to hang out and talk just a little while longer!! This wont be my last experience buying or selling a home with her. She is amazing!! EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
