Michelle has been an incredible advocate and my voice during this forward-moving yet challenging season of my life. She goes above and beyond, even after my home purchase! Michelle even filled out a property tax application for homestead and farmstead exclusions- something I didn’t even know existed. I felt so fortunate to have her by my side at the closing and during home inspections, literally going the extra miles despite not living nearby- we're talking hours away. To say Michelle is an expert would just not do her justice at all. She is THE expert and she does all of it with a smile. She answers all of your questions and if she does not know your questions, she finds the answers and usually a bit more info than you asked for.....and that info helps you out!!!! She is that person that you meet and instantly want to hang out and talk just a little while longer!! This wont be my last experience buying or selling a home with her. She is amazing!! Steve did an amazing job selling my house in one weekend! It sold for well over asking price with no inspection. He made sure I knew what I had to do to put my house on the market. He is very compassionate and caring with his clients. He stays in touch on a regular basis to help support you through the process. He explained everything thoroughly to me during the entire process. I have recommended Steve to several of my friends. He does a great job! I highly recommend him!

Stephen made my 1st home purchase a very pleasant experience. I truly appreciate how much hard work he put into searching for and making sure I got into the perfect house for my family. He and his son (who truly is the one who sold me on this house) showed me many houses and always kept working very hard to make things happen. He was almost never unavailable to me and when he was he always responded to me in less than an hour or 2. He really made me feel like family throughout the whole process and still continues too.
