I first talked to James from my hometown of Port Angeles Wa. He was so friendly and agreed to take my grandson Vincent around to show him homes we had picked out. He was very caring and knowledgeable, and answered all questions Vince had, and wasn’t intimidated with hanging around with a 20year old, that didn’t know much about homes. He did walk-thru’s for me via internet and answered all questions from me too! When it came down to starting the paperwork, (And oh my gosh is there a ton of paperwork), we both had many questions. So so different then 44 years ago when I bought my first house! When we would ask about Handiman to install gas lines, to places to buy furniture, he gave us suggestions! He was so patient, alone with all the others helping, especially when Vince was attending University full time and getting the paperwork in at the right time, they couldn’t always get ahold of him because voicemail was full, or he was in class, but it all happened. I flew down on signing day to get pictures!! James also got him a gift card and sent a gift to our St. Vincent De Paul in Port Angeles under Vince and my name!! How caring! Even after moving some stuff in and having issues with the wi fi hook up, he is getting us extra help in getting that fixed! James is your guy!! You will not go wrong!! He will be a friend forever and finding out that Vince is his youngest client, that means the world to me!! He took care of him, like you would always want to be treated! We worked with Adrienne for almost a year, looking for that right house we can make into our home. We worked out of state with visits in state to view properties. Adrienne was flexible in scheduling to meet our needs for travel and house viewing. She also provided information on places to stay at while traveling and recommended places to eat. We viewed properties in many different towns and she was able to take us to those locations. She helped us find a short term rental, so we could move into the area and continue our house hunting process.
