James was the best realtor I have worked with. He went above and beyond to ensure my family got the house we were looking for. He exhibited a work ethic and attention to detail that I found exemplary. He was consistently prompt and reliable. I would most highly recommend him without hesitation.

I first talked to James from my hometown of Port Angeles Wa. He was so friendly and agreed to take my grandson Vincent around to show him homes we had picked out. He was very caring and knowledgeable, and answered all questions Vince had, and wasn’t intimidated with hanging around with a 20year old, that didn’t know much about homes. He did walk-thru’s for me via internet and answered all questions from me too! When it came down to starting the paperwork, (And oh my gosh is there a ton of paperwork), we both had many questions. So so different then 44 years ago when I bought my first house! When we would ask about Handiman to install gas lines, to places to buy furniture, he gave us suggestions! He was so patient, alone with all the others helping, especially when Vince was attending University full time and getting the paperwork in at the right time, they couldn’t always get ahold of him because voicemail was full, or he was in class, but it all happened. I flew down on signing day to get pictures!! James also got him a gift card and sent a gift to our St. Vincent De Paul in Port Angeles under Vince and my name!! How caring! Even after moving some stuff in and having issues with the wi fi hook up, he is getting us extra help in getting that fixed! James is your guy!! You will not go wrong!! He will be a friend forever and finding out that Vince is his youngest client, that means the world to me!! He took care of him, like you would always want to be treated!
