Who helped me and my husband Sell our house on 149 Columbia Ave., Newark, NJ I was very moved completely satisfied with his hard efforts, and hard work that he put in to see to it that our house Got sold there were some things that came up to slow down the process which me and my husband could have really gotten aggravated with some of the buyers, but Michael kept encouraging us and he always had a positive outlook even when things appear to get hard he made it so easy for us to work through our difficulties, and Unsurety he didn’t give up which caused us not to give up but he kept encouraging us that our house was going to be sold, and he also gave us an amount that we were so pleased with, and he sold it at that amount. Michael is your guy!!! Amazing at what he does and he puts his heart and soul in getting the job done. I am more than happy with the sale of my home and I am more than happy that Michael was the man who took care of it. Take it from me, this house has been my home for 46 years and he made the selling process a lot less stressful. Yes I am sad but at the end of the day, if I had anyone else, it wouldn't have been as easy. Michael is the best at what he does and he shows that he cares. There's not many like him and I give 100 stars for all that he's done.

I don't know if there's enough room on here to tell you how my experience with Michael was. First I would like to say that he is not only my realtor but he became a very good friend. This was an extremely long process and Michael went above and beyond. He was there any time I called/texted him, he took control to relieve me of any and all stress and most importantly he got the job done. I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. She was there for my husband and I every step of the way. I think we probably looked at 60 houses, and she organized everything. She encouraged us to look beyond the surfaces, it can be so hard to see how a house fits your ideas! When we couldn’t find a house in our preferred neighborhood, she took took us to places nearby. She listened to our desires and even visited places without us to see if it was worth showing to us. She really got to know us and I consider her a friend. And once our offer on the perfect house was accepted, she was still there for us to de-mystify the mortgage process. Maria is amazing. She is knowledgeable about the JC neighborhood, the stupefyingly complicated process of buying a house, and she does it all with a sense of humor, grace, and anxiety-reducing enthusiasm. 6 stars!
