I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. She was there for my husband and I every step of the way. I think we probably looked at 60 houses, and she organized everything. She encouraged us to look beyond the surfaces, it can be so hard to see how a house fits your ideas! When we couldn’t find a house in our preferred neighborhood, she took took us to places nearby. She listened to our desires and even visited places without us to see if it was worth showing to us. She really got to know us and I consider her a friend. And once our offer on the perfect house was accepted, she was still there for us to de-mystify the mortgage process. Maria is amazing. She is knowledgeable about the JC neighborhood, the stupefyingly complicated process of buying a house, and she does it all with a sense of humor, grace, and anxiety-reducing enthusiasm. 6 stars!

I have moved 24x in my life and I have dealt with many realtors. Maria has patience, never puts her opinions on you. She makes the process smooth and is on time when it’s time to meet. Maria kept the communication going at all times. She was readily available with my schedule this was great. Maria was the best realtor I had. She maintains her professionalism and has vast knowledge of the area and what it has to offer. I have recommended two people so far to her. My girls and I are very happy!
