We had a wonderful experience working with MaryAnn! From our initial consultation we found her to be knowledgeable and realistic. The recommendations she made to help the sale of our house were spot on, she kept us on track with the timeline of the purchase of our new home along side the sale of our old one. Our house sold quickly (12 hours) and for above asking. The sale process includes confusing paperwork and legal jargon and MaryAnn helped us understand the process and make good decisions. Mary Ann and her team are amazing!!! They are very knowledgeable with the industry and gently guided us through the process.
