As first-time homebuyers, my partner and I were nervous about the whole process but Celine made it feel manageable every step of the way. At our intro meeting, she had a fantastic presentation and had great answers for all of our interview questions. She helped us find our home in Snohomish County and we couldn't be happier with the experience. What really stood out was her communication. She was always responsive, kept us informed, and went out of her way to truly understand what we were looking for. Beyond that, she genuinely advocates for her clients. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has worked with many other agents and that was absolutely key to us buying our dream house. Celine was the very best from beginning to end. She left no stone unturned and made sure that all the things we wanted, were addressed and handled. Working with Bill has been a really great experience. Bill is incredibly kind and patient, which made the whole home-buying process easier for our family. He keeps you informed, responds quickly, and shares helpful advice right when you need it. We always felt like we knew what was going on and what our options were. We met Celine at a trade show that we attend every year and built up a relationship. She has great execution and follow up skills that are essential for any business especially real estate transactions. She is an expert in the Marysville area and knows the market extremely well. We listed our house the last week of December 2025 and we know it's not the best time, but Celine made it work. She managed around our schedule to paint the new house that we were moving in to. Then after we moved in, we refreshed the Marysville house with a fresh coat of paint even though it was painted a couple years ago. By February it was ready to be staged. A week after Celine's video tour of the house went live, we had an executed offer. We closed 3 weeks later. Efficient. Timely. Professional.

Angela was incredibly attentive, getting us showings right away and responding very quickly anytime we reached out. She understood what we were looking for and would point out pros and cons that mattered to us. She worked hard in our negotiation and stayed on top of the process from acceptance to close. We have had representation on previous real estate transactions that passed us off to other partners or would lag in response times, Angela did none of that, she was with us from start to finish and made us feel like we were the priority.
