I have worked with many realtors over the years. I have Purchased/Sold over 50 properties, personal residential and commercial investment. Rob Calkins was extremely well organized and assisted my wife and I in the sale of our home in the Seattle area. He arranged our interior remodel, exterior landscaping upgrade, and staging of the house. Excellent workmanship by all contractors and Rob handled the fine details. His assessment of the current market was spot on. I would not hesitate to use Rob's services again. Sincerely, Brent and Kristin Wogahn Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Our experience working with Celine was a very positive experience. I hit it off with her right away and totally trusted her ideas and opinions. Celene new her way around the areas that we looked at gave us her ideas and also listened to what we wanted and or needed. I already told her we will use her and her experience this year selling some other things.

5-stars! I had the most wonderful experience working with Celine as the other agent on a transaction in Lake Stevens. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and just an all-around pleasure to work with. I truly hope to work with you again in the future, Celine, and wish you all the best!

We began talking to Rob about 6 months before putting our house on the market. He was always polite, professional and informative; never pushy. When we decided to sell our house he came to meet with us and came fully prepared with current market intelligence, info on our house and others like it. We had met with another realtor a couple days earlier who showed up with nothing ( no laptop, no mkt info, not even paper and pen). Needless to say we were impressed with Rob and listed with him that day. Btw, we've bought and sold more than 14 homes over the years so we know how the process should work. Rob and his team kept us well informed throughout the process and helped us get a good price for our home. We would recommend Rob to everyone and have all ready recommended him to all our friends.

She works really hard to understand what buyers want, and negotiates extremely well to their benefit! Her knowledge of the market is superb, and she kept all parties updated throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Celine again, and will definitely recommend her to others looking to buy or sell a home!

Rob displayed knowledge of real estate marketing. His prelisting presentation was impressive and helped me determine the proper asking price for our property. We are now in the process of looking for suitable properties to exchange with the one we sold. He shows tact and patience that makes the less stressful.

We were in a unique situation. We needed to be out of where we were. And I can be a little intense when I’m on a mission. Rob was patient and understanding. Took my calls even when he was with family over the holidays. He is a great guy that will help you get the home of your dreams. Well. That’s what he did for me. We’re Home.

I met Rob in August 2022 during a difficult time for my family. My mother moved out of her condo & we needed to do a lot of work before it could be sold. I live out of state, but Rob was able to work with me to get the condo ready to sell. It took several months, multiple vendors, and a lot of work on his part, but Rob got the repairs completed, the condo listed, and we got an offer in under 30 days in a challenging market. Despite being so far away, Rob kept me updated at all times and made sure that no decisions were made that my family wasn't comfortable with. Rob is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Rob for any home sale or purchase.

Rob was very professional, friendly, and personable. He had a full plan the day we met and suggested a fair market price. Which was more money then we were going to ask for. His market plan and service brought us multiple offers. We accepted a full price offer and we are extremely happy with his service. We will and do recommend him to everyone
