I needed a realtor to work with me through probate and be my right hand to get an estate sale ready for market. Rob provided everything I needed, whether it be advise or best practice on what to expect during the phases of the sale and probate actions. Hiring contractors and handymen to get the property fully ready to hit the market in tip top shape. If that wasn’t enough Rob paid the hired help out of his own pocket until the property closed. Not only did I not have to think about the property as an out of state seller, Rob sold our property at full asking price. I 💯 recommend Rob Calkins if you are looking for a realtor.

Working with Angela was genuinely one of the best parts of my home buying experience. Second only to actually getting the keys! As a first time buyer, I had a LOT of questions, and Angela never once made me feel like any of them were silly or too much. She was incredibly clear and patient, and if I needed something explained or repeated, she was always happy to do it. I always felt like I understood what was happening and what my options were. Her knowledge of the area and the properties I was considering was invaluable. She gave me honest, thoughtful information about why a particular property might or might not be a good fit and pointed out things I never would have known to consider on my own. I never felt pressured into a decision. I felt like she genuinely wanted me to end up somewhere I would be happy. Angela was also a fantastic advocate for me throughout the process. She knew when it made sense to push back on the sellers and was willing to do it. She negotiated on my behalf at multiple points, including after the inspection, and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money. As a first time buyer, having someone who knew what was reasonable to ask for, when to ask for it, and how to advocate for me was incredibly valuable. She was also incredibly communicative and proactive. When paperwork outside of our control started delaying my closing, she stayed on top of it and made sure I got answers as quickly as possible. She even called the HOA and helped keep things moving while she was on vacation because I was at a critical point in the process, which I appreciated more than I can say. Angela was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and truly fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, and having someone I trusted completely in my corner made such a difference. I could not recommend her more highly.

As administrator of my late sister’s estate I had to sell her house which needed a great deal of work. I received many unsolicited offers from people and businesses offering quick sales at low prices. Rob came with great testimonials and was clear on his experience with selling estate properties and with the advice to be wary of cash offers. Rob was never pressuring and always understanding of the situation. He had excellent contacts that were very helpful in junk removal, carpet replacement, etc. Rob knew the Lake Stevens market and took the time to view the property and discuss the state of the home and where to make the changes most important for the sale of the home. His knowledge of taxes and insurance was very helpful. Rob is a great and consistent communicator. I recommend him without any reservations.

I found Celine Williams through Facebook and instagram posts. I have been following and witnessing regarding how she takes care of her clients and her job seriously and efficiently with love and care.
