I’ve been working with Renee for nearly a year because she helped me buy my new house last Feb and now she helped me sell my old house - her advice with both transactions was excellent. Overall Renee is VERY professional. I didn’t have many questions because she was WONDERFUL about explaining things to me and PROACTIVEly shared updates. When I did have questions, Renee was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to every email, call, and text. I appreciated that she was REALISTIC about timelines and the list price. She’s always upbeat and cheerful. My old house needed a bit of work and Renee gave me names of various contractors. For the bigger projects I usually got one other bid, but her recommendations always panned out and that saved me a lot of stress. Renee had so much great advice related to getting the house ready for sale and determining the best list price. He kept me informed every step of the way until an offer was made. I had some trouble at the end and he even helped me pack up some boxes, etc. into the POD so I would be out of the house in time for closing the next day.
