We were selling our out of state vacation home and Dana was always there for us. If we had inspections she showed up a the house when we couldn’t. She even helped us move furniture around. Dana always provided us with up to date information on prospective buyers and with our final buyer. Dana also helped our buyers by suppling the information that their agent failed to furnish them. The sell of my property was not the typical one would usually experience. I was unaware that I would be dealing with a co-owner with my property. Sarah went above and beyond. Sarah took a lot of the burden and stress off of our family. Leah was very professional. Her knowledge of the market and the entire process was quite reassuring to my wife and myself.
