She utilizes all the latest technology to market your home, and to keep track of all the statistics needed to be able to sell your home quickly. She reached out several times a week to us, as well as when the house was shown, so that we were also knowledgeable about how the market was responding. She hired a professional interior designer that gave us feedback on how to best stage our home with what we already had in our home. Her photographer also knew what pictures to take to get a very good first impression of our home. They worked together to make the things that set our home apart really shine. She knew when to reach out to other realtors, and knew exactly what to say ti positively promote our home.
