My girlfriend and I have been looking for a house since last Fall. We had a not-so-great experience with our last realtor, and because of the market we paused our search in January and were told to wait until March to start looking again. With that said, we decided to change our realtor after another month with no luck. We were referred to Chantel and could not be happier. Within 2 months we not only saw the house we wanted but are now moving into it. Chantel is very responsive, communicates well, and is amazingly helpful. She answered any and all questions we had, explained everything thoroughly, and was just great with this entire experience - we can't praise her enough. We only wish we had worked with her sooner (:

Sharon makes selling your home easy as pie! She is with you from start to finish, explaining the process as you need her to along the way. She is upbeat and a very pleasant person to work with. So, one Sunday, I was driving in the neighborhood of Winchester looking for an open house.it was there that I met Jeremiah. I told him that I was looking for a house to buy. He showed me one which I guessed he saw that it wasn't my taste. He showed me perfecta place and as soon as I stepped into that house, I told him right there that this is my house.i really loved the house and everything about it.,the neighborhood etc.it was perfect just as the street name perfecta. We are an amazing experience with Sarah! She is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at communication. This was our first house buying experience and Sarah was very patient with us. She taught us a lot and did an excellent job explains all the ins and outs of house buying.
