Victoria was phenomenal from the first contact. Extremely professional when required, but also personable and friendly. She honestly became a good friend throughout our unfortunately long process (due to our pickiness, not her). If I could rate her higher, I would.

I can’t say enough about how incredible Victoria is! I am a first time homebuyer and Victoria made the process so smooth and really made sure that I was well-informed with every decision I made. She was very responsive and was great at communicating with the sellers’ realtor! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home :)

Victoria has been an amazing realtor. She was so friendly and knowledgeable that it made a first time homebuyer like me feel very comfortable. I love how quickly her responses to my questions always came, no lag time at all! She never pressured me on any decisions and really placed importance on me being happy with my new home in the long run. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Victoria was amazing. Every question or concern was met with an immediate answer or explanation. She walked me through the whole process and was easy to work with and very pleasant and upbeat. Selling a house can be a real roller coaster of emotions and Victoria was there with me through the whole thing. She gave me really good tips to make my house look great so that it would be all ready when she came to take the pictures. She did a wonderful job with the photographs too and made all the positive aspects of my house come through in them. I would highly recommend Victoria to a friend, relative or professional business associate. She was awesome.

Victoria was full of knowledge insightful in every home we went to look at and in the entire process. She steered us away from homes that wouldn't be a good match for us or wouldn't qualify for our loans and she helped us find our forever home. I couldn't have asked for somebody who was more professional and friendly and amazing in every interaction. She made a process that was scary and overwhelming easy and fun. I would highly recommend her and already have recommended her to many people and if I ever decided to buy another home we would absolutely use her.

I can't rave enough about how pleasant it was to work with Victoria. She was recommended to me by my sister who's a realtor in CO Springs and between her referral and Victoria's hard work and diligence the home buying process was dare I say simple and enjoyable. Victoria is knowledgeable, energetic, and easy to work with. She helped us land our forever home for an amazing price. I will be singing her praises to everyone I meet looking for a home or looking to sell.

There are NO words that can express the OUTSTANDING work Victoria did with getting my house sold within 2 months!!! I wish I had had her sooner, than my house might have sold a lot sooner than 15 months. She is extremely professional and very easy to get along with. I LOVE her to pieces, and highly recommend her to anyone that needs to sell their house. THANKS Sweetie for everything you did for me ?

Victoria is a person you can depend on to respond to any questions that you might have faster than anyone has done for me before, with sound and factual information. I depended on her for advice in negotiating and she saved me thousands of dollars. I have recommended her to others already. She is very dedicated to her profession.
