I don’t even know where to start this review as I have lots of good things to say. My family was extremely fortunate to work with Kayla 2 times - as the first time home buyers and later, when making a move from MA to NC and selling our house. The words can not express how thankful we are to Kayla! She is very detail-oriented, thorough, professional and passionate about her job. We feel like she really cared about us - and ALWAYS went above and beyond to help us have a very smooth experience. Kayla is very responsive and was always available to answer any questions we had, while also being very honest. She is truly caring, patient, kind and very attentive to the needs of her clients. Jay is phenomenal!! From day one, he went out of his way (meeting me on a Sunday with 20 minutes notice) to see the home I ended up buying. He took a lot of time during our first phone consult to answer every single question and concern I had with patience and a lot of knowledge. He was always very timely with responses, even during the current hectic market. At the walkthrough before my purchase, he went through everything thoroughly with me, and was thoughtful in taking many notes for me at the closing table. The first house Victoria sold for me was a mobile home in a park that had just become a Co-op. If you don't know what that is, basically it's residents who decided to buy the park and run it themselves. Needless to say the controllers had no idea about the legalities of how to run nor sell a property within the park. They were so fustrating to work with. When I wanted to scream Victoria used her professional demeanor and managed to get the house sold and closed within 5 weeks. It was definitely challenging but she did it. My second home was a little easier since it was during the 2021 cra cra. LOL She's amazing at what she does. Did I mention she sold her her first home at 19!!! She's that damn good!

I started working with Jay Sterin (and his wife, Maryann) kind of by accident. I would not purposely have chosen an agent as far away as Jay is from me (he's in Bedford and I'm in Milton), but the distance was never a problem. Jay was willing to go anywhere to try to find me a new house. At one showing, the listing agent even said to me that he could have showed me the place without Jay being there, but that's Jay for you--he wants to be involved in all parts of the process because he wants to help you make the best decision. Jay worked so hard in this crazy market to help me find a house, and I'm so glad I found him!
