Moving from Rhode Island to New Hampshire, we had to sell and buy in just a couple of months. Jay Sterin was there, every step of the way, as we tried to find our future home. We gave him lists of up to a dozen places we wanted to see each weekend, and somehow he managed to get us virtually every house viewing we wanted, create an itinerary, and join us on this crazy adventure. He'd take time before, during, and after our weekend marathons to sit and give us advice on house backgrounds, information on why prices were set in certain ways ($400,000 is very different than $399,000 - ask him about it!) and what it meant for us, reflections on when to use certain bidding strategies and when not to, and many, many other things. Buying a house is stressful, and Jay made the process better, smoother, easier. All the while, he did it with a smile, a cheerful attitude, and little extras (Do you know where the best doughnut shop in southern NH is? He does, and he wasn't kidding - amazing!). While it was still stressful, he helped make the process also enjoyable. The three of us truly were a team - searching to find the home that was the best fit (style, feel, amenities, price, etc). Jay is a passionate, positive, energetic, informative, knowledgeable, tireless professional. We couldn't have done better. We couldn't have been happier.
