My husband and I are very pleased with the service that Tracy Mills provided when we sold our home in Stewartsville. From the time we knew we would be selling, we started talking to Tracy about what to expect and preparations we should make. When we were ready to list our property, Tracy used her expertise and talked to us about the pricing of the property and contract preparations. Tracy had an excellent photographer who took excellent photos and drone shots. The house looked absolutely beautiful in the listing. Tracy scheduled open houses which were very successful. Tracy was always available by phone and email and kept us informed about potential buyers and their opinions. When did get a buyer, Tracy and her assistant kept us informed about the buyer’s mortgage search and kept us informed of a reports and inspections as they came about.
