When Amy walked in my door to discuss selling my house, I knew I was going to hire her. She was so professional and prepared. She had a box full of information about herself, what she would do for me as my realtor and gave me ideas how she would market my house. As we walked through the house and the property, Amy took many pictures and notes to make sure she had all the information to look for comps. When we went over the comps, Amy went over every single thing with me on how and why my house would be priced. We then went over how the house would be marketed, which was more than I expected. What really impressed me was when she showed me a video she made with pictures and drone videos that were put online. It showed every aspect of my house and property and actually made me appreciate it even more! My house was priced just right. I appreciated Amylinn always communicating with me. She always answered my texts, the phone or called me back if she wasn't available and was always upbeat and positive when we spoke. I also appreciated all of the recommendations she gave me for the contacts I needed. Through the whole attorney review and closing process, Amy was in constant contact with my attorney and kept me in the lines of communication until the actual closing. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Amy and everything she did to sell my house.
