Rynita listened to my wants and needs and didn't waste my time showing me home I would not be interested in. It was great working with her. I was in California through the entire process until the day of closing. She met me at the house for my first and final walk through and went with me to the title company to sign the papers. She always called me back immediately if she was unavailable when I called. She explained every step of the process and stepped in when I had my fill of the lady at the mortgage company, going to battle for me and smoothing over the situation. It was a spur of the moment decision and Brad was super supportive! I found a couple of houses that I was interested in, but hadn't even put my house on the market yet. I asked to move forward with putting my existing house on the market and he took care of it THAT NIGHT! It was soon after it was put on the market that I received an offer. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and eased any of my worries (because I hadn't yet found a NEW house). It was a week after that I found he helped me find the house of my dreams.
