Brad was the best realtor we could have asked for! Our family was very concerned with being able to purchase a home amidst the current and very challenging housing market. Brad put all of our worries aside, he took care of everything swiftly, and professionally. Brad was kind and compassionate as he navigated through our questions as first time homebuyers. Brad's extensive knowledge of the buying process, the area, and the paperwork involved in the sale allowed him to easily subside all of our inquiries and help us buy our home quickly. Brad immediately started working with us when we reached out to him, he accommodated to our schedules and made sure we were in the know the whole time. He showed us multiple homes and was very helpful with guiding us towards whether or not it would be the right home for us. He was extremely willing to take us to check out homes and get a feel for them and the area. When I met Maureen, it was her personality that made me feel very at ease at suggesting I wanted to sell my home. I gave her what my goal was, and she started right away looking for Condo's. I asked her to go by a certain area to give her an ideal what I was looking for. It took two day's and a condo came on the listing list. So not only did I sell my house but bought the condo in two days of showing. Maureen professioal effectiveness we closed in 30 day's with no issues.
