Sonya helped me buy my first home. My parents have worked with her before and immediately thought of her when i began searching for a home due to having such a GREAT experience. I told Sonya what i was looking for and in the next couple days had me looking at houses. She’s fast and effective. Her communication is amazing and was ready for any questions that i had especially when buying my first home. She has the attitude of helping others and really helping you find what you want and she found the home i LOVE so i would recommend her to anyone.

Renee Schmidt is the best. She pulled us out of a real estate deal that was going awry and getting complicated. She then helped us find a great community and a beautiful house to build. Our house is now built with her help, with us being in Illinois and our new house in Punta Gorda. She is always a phone call, or text away. Again, she’s the best!!!

Pam has been my real estate advisor for many years. I could not be more pleased with promptness with respons times. She is always available weekends, nights, days, etc. She is always willing to help wether it means a sell for or not.
