Nicolai has exceeded all of our expectations during the sale of our home. Given that the home is out of state for us we were very concerned how the process will be. Nicolai presented us with detailed marketing tools, shared his knowledge about the current market and we truly felt as he was in partnership with us to accomplish selling our home. He offered suggestions on preparing the home for listing, he offered to be the extension of us since we are out of state. Example, he made sure grass was in perfect order, that no bug flew in before each showing and after each showing he made sure lights were off and the doors locked. Nicolai was in touch with us constantly. He would send an email or text just to check in. After the inspection he offered to help us find a repair man if we could not find anyone in time. During the signing process he was patient since it was all electric and we are not very tech savvy. Nicholai went out of his way and helped us sell our furniture, only family would do that. The best way I can describe our experience is that he was our partner, friend and family. Thank you Nicholai for everything and we will share our experience with everyone we know. Nicolai should be a trainer how a client should be treated and how the process should be when one is selling a home

The market here is incredibly tough due to the Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street funds buying most of the homes that come on the market for cash.
