The Real Estate concept has been mostly: getting the Buyer/Seller together, closing the deal, collecting your commission, and going on to the next project. But with Carol it has been like meeting a new friend, having many things in common, and enjoying each others company. Our closing was one fraught with many challenges one after another. During these times of crisis Carol handled each occurrence with professionalism and honesty, all leading to a happy conclusion. I would recommend Carol for any activity, regardless of the situation.

Natalie is down to earth, knowledgeable, and an approachable agent that helped us find the perfect summer/weekend home we were looking for. Not knowing what exactly we were looking for we asked her to show us both old and new construction. She spent two days showing us old construction and another new construction all within our price range and requests of amenities. Through the whole experience she felt like family and she made it easy to bounce opinions/ideas and any questions off of each other. She gave us the opportunity to express our concerns comfortably and never made it awkward for us to ask her questions. Since we were buying a place out of state she guided us in distinguishing different laws and constructing guidelines that we should look for which we may have overlooked or never even thought about. Natalie was dependable, thorough, and down to earth which made the overall experience an easy, enjoyable , and most importantly stress free. We were able to find the place we wanted and couldn't be more happier!

Carol and Bill are highly ethical and worked hard to meet our needs during the sale of the house. The photos and write up of the house were exceptional. They communicated w/ me after every showing. Due to their personalized efforts, the house was shown often which resulted in a timely sale. They cared about us and our needs to sell the house quickly and at a certain price.
