My family and I truly had a wonderful experience dealing with Carol and Bill Burchfield for our Realty needs. My Father passed away in mid-November 2020 and my sisters and I were undecided with what to do with the house. In mid-February, when we decided to sell, we were at a loss where to turn since we were not from the area. A neighbor of my Fathers suggested Carol and Bill Burchfield based on their great reputation. After a few conversations and a personal meeting, we knew we had the right team working for us. They were very thorough in determining the value of the home based on updates, comps, and overall curb appeal. They personally saw to the cleaning and staging of the home. This was a great comfort to us since we were from out of State. Because of their hard work and dedication, we were in contract the day the house went on the market. Once the home inspection was performed, Carol and Bill saw to the minor repairs that were needed by finding us licensed contractors who were very reasonable. My sisters and I are very appreciative of the hard work Carol and Bill did to sell our Father's home.
