•From the beginning, Chris knew exactly what the value of my home was, she priced it perfectly according to comps and improvements that had been done. She knew what needed to be fixed in order to sell, and had a list of contractors and handymen that were a joy to work with and priced fairly. Chris fought for every penny on my behalf which I appreciate so much. She made herself available at any time to show my house and to answer my endless questions. Once my house was under contract, she stayed on top of deadlines that had to be met, and kept me on track every step of the way with documents and signing until it closed. Chris also stayed on top of the whole process at the title company, explaining to me every document that came to me. She made me feel so comfortable about asking hard questions on things I didn’t understand. Her professionalism was always on point and worked so well with the buyers agent as well. I only wish I could give her more than five stars! Thanks Chris!
