•I met Tonya Merritt quite by chance in 2011 and mentioned that we would be moving to the Prescott area and needed a real estate agent. With a smile, she gave me her card. By May of 2012, we were ready for the move. Chino Valley was our preferred location, and Tonya listened carefully to what we wanted. She was straight-forward and honest in her assessment of both the housing market at the time and our price point. We quickly found the perfect house and she took it from there. We wanted a quick closing because we were literally between houses. She made it all happen and even opened the house for me on a couple of occasions before closing, so I could do some planning and measuring. This gal is the real deal, sweet and knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to the needs of her clients. Thanks, Tonya!
Tonya Merriitt is the most pleasant person that have ever met. She was very patient with me during my search for property. She is very professional and a no pressure type realtor. I highly recommend Tonya if you are in the market for a home or property
