I AM DIFFERENT!! Here's why: I am a retired teacher; and am trying to beef up my retirement - not make a living doing this...therefore I can work with just 1 client at a time and give you my full attention. Along these same lines; I am not going to ask for the same fees as other agents...I offer quite a significant reduction in commission for listing your home with no reduction in a job beyond well done. As a buyer's agent you have my services with no fee from me - many people use the listing agent because they have seen their name on the sign...think about this; that person is working for the seller! I am a Christian; and whether that means anything to you or not, it should at least say to you that I at least feel that I am answering to a higher power and feel duty bound to be honest and caring with you. I have been helping folks find and sell homes for 12 years and have a pretty good track record. Some of my referrals are below and I'd be glad to give you more should you need it. I work for a private hometown company to give you that warm service with all the bells and whistles of the "bigger" companies: I can list you with up to 4 different MLS systems, drone and professional photos always available, social media of course, and I handle everything personally. Amazing Realtor

Katherine was referred to me in April of this year. From the beginning I was comfortable with her. I let her know my plans to sell and move. Long story short I did everything that I was asked to do. She guided me and the house sold quickly. Thanks to Katherine's perseverance and determination I was able to move out of state to be with my family. Amazing Agent

Kathryn was extremely helpful when selling my home. She was professional and was always there to answer any questions or doubts that I had.
