This was our first home and we were under a time constraint. Our situation was a bit unique and Giles reassured us. He made recommendations for a home inspector that was fantastic! He stayed in touch thru the entire time and made sure we understood the process. We would highly recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a home. He was very patient and understanding. Nikki was very professional and very outstanding with information and guidance to help buyers with what you should do and what not to do. She made sure all questions were answered and that everything is up front and that if there were any issues she made sure we were aware of any and situations either with the homes or what the seller was wanting to be able to sell the home of interested. Nikki made sure we went over all paperwork and information when the time came and was all was on track with things.

I had a few bumps in the road regarding my purchase. Luann was helpful and tackled all issues head on. Although not required to do so, she had the carpet cleaned prior to my move in and ate the cost. She also did some other things above and beyond for which I was thankful.
