She was awesome. Worked together on a foreclosure and ran into all kinds of problems, but she knew how to approach every issue.

I had a few bumps in the road regarding my purchase. Luann was helpful and tackled all issues head on. Although not required to do so, she had the carpet cleaned prior to my move in and ate the cost. She also did some other things above and beyond for which I was thankful.

Luann did a great job as my realtor. She got me showings of all the houses I expressed interest in, advised me on what was realistic for an offer, and when I was ready to make offers, got them in quickly. She made handling the paperwork super easy, and connected me with an excellent mortgage broker. I am very happy with my experience.
