She was very knowledgeable about Prescott having lived in the area for over 20 years, but quickly knew the areas that would meet our needs. She communicated well and would touch base with us even when there were no listings to talk about. Once we finally found the right house, she made the process as stressless as possible being there every step of the way. We would highly recommend her. She’s a delight to work with.

We were trying to move from Murrieta CA. So Kathy did all the leg work previewing and making calls on good and not so good. Eventually she found one that met our criteria. She then lined up the quotes and got us a fantastic deal. Then got financing and Title company involved. While doing that arranged an inspection, got a credit for the few items that were in need of repair. In short we came and saw the property and she did everything else..... including always graciously taking my incessant phone calls!

I contacted Ben and several other realtors to sell lots in the Dewey/Prescott Valley area. Ben is the only one who responded immediately and gave an indepth market analysis! The other realtors didn't even call me back. I really got lucky finding Ben as he is awesome to work with. He sold one lot within a month and another is currently pending.
