Lorraine de la Cruz is a Realtor who goes above & beyond at every turn. I'll skip to the outcome, then fill in the details. Lorraine essentially sold our property in 3 days for full asking price! [I say “essentially” because the actual contract was delayed by a few days, but the family who came to see the property on day 3 bought the property.] Lorraine is as dedicated as they come. And she definitely goes the extra mile. To prepare our property for listing, not only did she bring in a fabulous photographer for the photos, but she also arranged for a drone to come take photos from the air & also included a virtual walk-through feature on the listing! She also generated a QR Code for the property. Lorraine held a very busy open house on the 2nd day of the listing & generated genuine excitement about the property. As she was packing up to leave, even more people came & she stayed late to continue showing the property. After it sold so quickly, we still had people stopping by saying they had planned to contact the Realtor about it & when we had a garage sale, people were still talking about what a special property it was & how they’d wished they’d had time to contact the Realtor for a showing before it sold. All the extra promotion of the property by Lorraine was responsible for the interest & excitement about the property. Lorraine is quick to respond to texts & is thorough in her knowledge of every step in the process. She has great professional contacts who helped us tidy up the property to make it even more special for our new buyers. Lorraine was very busy with multiple clients, but we always felt like she took plenty of time for us, even indulging us with some special treats! We couldn’t recommend Lorraine de la Cruz more.
