Greg was the best person I could have asked for to list my home. He was respectful of my time and of my space, and he communicated every step of the way to be sure I had all the information I needed. When he didn’t know the answer to a question, he researched and got back to me as quickly as possible, then clearly laid out all my options. Greg was straightforward about what I could expect and respected my decisions. Not to mention his sense of humor was more than welcomed during the more stressful parts of the negotiations! She had the seller figured out so we could make an offer they’d accept, even though below asking price. Knows all the vendors to get inspections done quickly. Personally participated in all inspections. Was positive and supportive even though things took a while. Was prompt with all necessary paperwork. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
