Suellen was patient as we waffled for about a year trying to decide if we wanted to move or remodel. She kept an up-to-date collection of available listings for us to review at our leisure. She helped us get our home ready for sale, utilizing networks of people for painting, repairs, and cleaning to ensure the tasks were done timely and with little effort on our end. On the rare occasion that none of us were available to meet with a repairman at the house, one of her colleagues stepped in to help out. She offered a lot of guidance for getting the house ready and on the market. It sold promptly and just above asking price. She is clearly experienced and has a great network of people to help transition homes with confidence. We are beyond grateful for her hard work and genuine kindness. She went above and beyond time and time again.
