Her communication style is open, easygoing and insightful. Her knowledge of the market and her professionalism are solid. Annette was available, responsive and sincerely committed to make everything work out for me. She went beyond expectations in the process, adjusting plans to accommodate me as well as assisting me with accomplishing some of the necessary calls and cleaning etc. I had just lost my husband and it was a difficult time but essential to sell. I am very grateful to Annette for the guidance and support she offered. I loved my house and hated to leave but Annette helped me to let go and to feel encouraged about the change. I had lived there for 40 years and my husband for much longer. There really isn't any way to express the value it held for us. Annette understood that but kept me on target for the necessary change at this time in my life. I think a realtor offers knowledge and advocacy and a willingness to fight for the best deal for a client. She did that very well.
