Tony Colon Jr. is the person you want when looking for a home. It's been about 8 months since Tony helped us find our dream home. What I can say about our experience is that Tony really listened to us when we were searching. Tony wasn't just our realtor he became part of our family. He listen and really understood what we were looking for when searching for a home to buy. When recommending homes not only did he include features that my wife and I were looking for but, also for my children. He was available by phone and in person when ever we needed anything. What I really appreciated is his honesty when looking at homes and asking prices. He advised us of comps in the area to really gives us understanding of the value of the homes and asking prices.
