We really struggled in finding a home, but especially, finding an agent that truly understands our vision and our dream of being homeowners until we found Ernestine. She was all in with us since that first message, that first house showing, and a month and so later, she went above and beyond to secure this home for us. Tracy “Kim” was absolutely the best at helping me purchase my first home. She is knowledgeable in the field and made sure we were ready with everything before we made offers. Her and her team were quick to help us when it came to close escrow. We had a few setbacks that were due to the seller and she was knowledgeable to assist them so that we would close on time. She guides you through every step of the way. Always available and when we needed her (which was often because I had a lot of questions) I recommend her 10/10 to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is amazing the best out there!

Crystal knows her business extremely well. She brings together all the needed aspects that will get you what you want when buying (or selling) your house. She listens to your needs and has the ability to negotiate until those needs are met or exceeded. She is reliable, works through the night, always responds and keeps you in the loop. She was able to negotiate 35K over asking price and the buyers accepted the purchase AS IS with no need for repairs or credits. She has abundant knowledge of her business from all aspects and will research any pending issues - nothing escapes her! She can even help in coordinating with movers and can arrange for house prep (painting/repairs etc)....I am most impressed! She is most resourceful in gathering information, will research anything pertaining to the property (from previous lot size discrepancies to taxes, etc) has ideas to best display the house and will coordinate the showings.
