The whole experience was great. We 3 siblings had decisions to make and documents to sign and it was all explained to each of us. We were notified throughout the process of everything we needed to do and sign. As we fell out of and reentered the sale of the property several times, we were kept constantly in the know and what was being done by the whole team Jerry and Kellie have in place. He has some wonderful associates that stepped in instantly to carry on when Jerry was out of town. He was in communication with his associates and us throughout the whole process. Robert Shay Took the challenge of helping us find a home during a violent market where anything goes. We must have viewed over 50 homes in less than 3 months. We placed offers on homes within hours of seeing them due to Robert's amazing and fast action help. He was able to point things out at every home we went to that the normal eye would not be able to see. Anytime we reached out to Robert he would get back to us almost immediately. There were almost no phone calls that reached his VM as he picked up every time we called and or called us back less than 5 minutes later (usually with a text saying he's on with another client). We placed close to 20 offers on homes and were getting outbid by 100K at some points and put into bidding wars on others. Robert kept us down to earth on most of the offers and made sure we understand that this is happening t everyone. He really had our best interest at heart. I mentioned to Robert that I felt like his only client the entire time we worked together. Finally, when it came down to the offer that was accepted it was smooth sailing to the finish line. Robert took charge and was able to get every inspection ordered right away and all the last-minute documents signed and sent off! If you have the opportunity to work with Robert then you MUST take it as it will be the best decision you ever make. As long as he is in real estate then we will be using Robert!
