The whole experience was great. We 3 siblings had decisions to make and documents to sign and it was all explained to each of us. Robert Shay Took the challenge of helping us find a home during a violent market where anything goes. We must have viewed over 50 homes in less than 3 months. We placed offers on homes within hours of seeing them due to Robert's amazing and fast action help. He was able to point things out at every home we went to that the normal eye would not be able to see. Anytime we reached out to Robert he would get back to us almost immediately. There were almost no phone calls that reached his VM as he picked up every time we called and or called us back less than 5 minutes later (usually with a text saying he's on with another client).
